Jeff is co-founder and managing member of CrossGrainFI and has been planning for and serving high net worth clients for over 25 years. He started his career at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago where he spent 12 years as the lead Private Banker to many of Chicago’s top executives, business owners, multi-generational trust families and real estate developers. He then spent 8 years with a Richmond-based registered investment advisory where he managed many of the firm’s largest relationships, held a voting position on the firm’s investment policy committee, and was a member of the firm’s leadership team. Most recently, Jeff was the co-founder and managing partner of our predecessor firm, Kimble Advisory, a concierge multi-family office.​Jeff is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Central VA, the Estate Council of Richmond and the Virginia Society of CPA’s. Jeff and wife Lynn have two daughters and live in Richmond, Virginia.
